As part of our commitment to quality and timely delivery, we’re excited to share the latest construction update from the site.
The project is progressing steadily with 60% of the work completed. RCC work has reached the 9th slab, brickwork is completed up to the 4th floor, and plastering is done till the 2nd floor.
Each milestone reflects our focus on quality, planning, and timely delivery. Stay tuned for more construction updates as Ravikiran Nx takes shape.

The Maruti Group has been involved in CSR activities even before the term was coined. Ever since the company’s inception, Mr Amit Israni has ensured a good percentage of their total income is utilised towards a social cause.
Be it cultural, social, educational or even sports related activities, The Maruti Group has always taken pride in associating with the same. In fact the entire team at The Maruti Group feels humbled that the company gets a chance to touch people’s lives, make a positive difference and give back to society at large.
As a part of their CSR initiative, Maruti Group has partnered with Round Table India Trust and has been supporting the Trust “Freedom Through Education” movement, which involves building classroom blocks for underprivileged kids. In the year 2021, Maruti Group has contributed to building 4 classrooms in Pachane Village, Maval, Pune and 3 classrooms at Kusgaon Village.
In the year 2020, Maruti Group donated 3 Ventilators, to Sadhu Vaswani Mission, as a part of their CSR initiative, aimed at supporting the fight against COVID-19. The three ventilators were installed at Budhrani and Fabiani hospital, in Koregaon Park, Pune.
